Fear or Faith

My Mom said something really cool today. She said we have two choices, fear or faith. I think I will choose faith. Here are two verses I will find comfort in each day. Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." John 14:7, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." My Mom is so great!

Ash- you are so right and so is your mom. We have a choice in life....in everything that we do....we can approach everything in fear or in faith that God will see us through it. I choose faith also. And blind faith is not easy, but the by-product is glorious and wonderful and is an everlasting security of eternal peace from within that can not be experienced any other way but through God. You know it is so simple, yet can be made into something unnecessarily difficult (does that make sense?). Like we have both said before....we choose how we approach things in life (negatively or positively), and not just when our lives are in turmoil, but also our day to day lives.
