I heard on my morning radio show this morning about the "scandel" of President Bush signing autographs on the American Flag. Now I know that this is "taboo" and would think he would too, but I wasn't sure what all the other rules were for the flag...some of them would suprise you, or rather make you realize some of the stuff we see everyday is actually against code.
